Delivery information 

• Order processing takes 1 working day. 
• All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in the Netherlands. 
• European orders are shipped with UPS or GLS, and UK orders are shipped with FedEx. 
• Express Shipping: We aim for 1-4 working days (Mon-Fri) for delivery. 
• Economy Shipping: We aim for 3-7 working days (Mon-Fri) for delivery. 
• We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes due to the size and volume of some of our products.

Customs and Import Duties

George & Willy ships your package Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) and all prices quoted include VAT, which can be claimed back by VAT-registered businesses. Depending on your destination country, you may also be required to pay additional customs or duties.
