I (George) don't get to go ski touring that often, however when you get to go on a sunny day with good snow it is hard to beat.
These photos are from a day over the back of Treble Cone with my brothers Guy and Paddy and a mate Tim.
Touring is rather rewarding as you have to hike up the hill before you ski down, which is quite different to skiing with a chairlift involved.
